Much like your own Backyard, we believe Shelby County is the fun yet cozy 'backyard' to Indianapolis. Backyard Shelby aims to promote the unique authenticity of our city to young professionals looking to grow their careers and/or family. We ourselves are a group of like-minded young professionals who live in Shelby County and want to promote all of its positive attributes. Low property taxes, a wide selection of real estate, a diverse job market, a thriving Main Street Organization, newly expanded trails, and tranquil living while also being a short drive to Indianapolis make Shelby County an ideal place to work and live. We understand what the next generation is looking for when it comes to putting down roots. Follow along with us as we work to promote Shelby County with pride.
